Prepare and send your files
Once your mastering forms are received, you will get your login info to upload your files to our FTP server. Your files will be reviewed by our mastering engineer and will let you know of any issues. You can also mail your files to us if you opt not use our FTP service.

Special Notes:
Before you give us your final mixes, it should sound exactly the way you want it with no defects. Try to give us only the best mixes you can provide.
Getting your tracks ready:
Make a safety copy of your mixes before you deliver it to our studio. Your CD Master must be mixed to two tracks (Stereo) .wav or .aiff file format. Your bit rate must not be lower than 16bit 44.1K (Audio CD Format). It is recommended that you use the highest bit rate possible if you can.
Mix Volumes & Peak Level:
Make sure your mixes are at a comfortable volume and are NOT limited or over compressed. Our engineers will limit and compress your master. Having your mixes over compressed makes it harder for the engineer to master the sound in your final mixes.
It is recommended that all mixes have at least 5db headroom. This means having the loudest part of your mix being at least -5db from the peak level. Click Here to learn more.
We accept your master in the following industry formats:
- CD-R master (audio or data files)
- DVD master (data files)
- Digital Audio Tape (DAT)
- Hard Disk Drive
*We do not accept pre-mastered audio CD discs for quality reasons.
If you provide your final mixes on data CD (CD-R or DVD), make sure you title every track.
Track order list form:

Handling your masters for best quality:
It is important that you handle all your masters with most care. Keep your CD in a protective case or sleeve. Hold your CD only by the edges and keep them free of any fingerprints and scratches that may create reading errors.
