What are the terms and conditions for renting equipment?
You are responsible for bringing every rental back in the original condition it left in. Broken or missing items will be billed to your credit card on file.

What are your weekend rental rates?
Pick up your rental after 1pm on Friday and return it by Monday at noon and you are only charged for one day!

How can I pay for a equipment rental?
We accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express online, by phone or in person. For corporate accounts and other recurring customers we offer additional billing options. A 50% deposit is required on a credit card to hold the gear for your reservation.

Do you have technicians that can operate the rental?
Yes. Our professional technicians can help with your event, setup, operation.

What if I can’t figure out how to work the rental equipment?
We walks you through everything you’ll need to know. We provide true 24/7 free phone support for all our outstanding rentals.

What if the equipment doesn’t work?
We take every precaution to prevent field failure, but unfortunately things do happen. If any equipment malfunctions, we have a technician on call 24/7, call 1-888-302-6376.
